WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for someone who will be the driving our brand’s performance across the American market and take

  • Establish financial targets, business objectives, and brand strategies that will facilitate positive growth.
  • Curate each collection to make it recognizable, exciting and relevant to the market.
  • Set direction and goals that match business objectives and people’s aspirations.
  • the team to grow their capabilities by supporting their professional and personal development through consistent coaching and feedback.
  • Engage and kledge and skills with the team to increase the expertise and capabilities.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of sales activities and processes and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Represent the American perspective in Denmark to enhance brand and country cooperation.
  • Engage and kledge and skills with the team to increase their development and retention.
  • Influence and inspire the brand sales team to deliver business value to customers.
  • Ensure effective sales activities by setting targets, managing the

budget, empowering team members, and overseeing customer orders.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, ideally in a fashion/wholesale environment.
  • Comprehensive kledge of the current wholesale landscape andpetitors’ business.
  • Proven manager with significant experience in brand and sales management.
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with exceptionalanizational and time management abilities.
  • General kledge of the American fashion market.
  • Results-oriented and are motivated by targets.
  • Availability to travel (valid drivers license and passport)
