Job Type Full-time Schedule:

Monday to Friday (8-hour shift) Language Requirements Chinese English Responsibilities Leverage your existing connections with real estate agents, investors, developers, and referral partners to drive business growth. Develop and maintain long-term partnerships to generate consistent lead flow. Identify and pursue new business prospects through networking, industry events, and market research. Work closely with mortgage account executives to structure loan solutions that align with client needs. Promote Xuper Lending’s services and financial products to expand brand awareness and market reach. Stay informed on market trends, mortgage industry regulations, and competitor strategies to provide strategic insights. Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, underwriting, and account executive, to ensure seamless deal execution. Track sales performance metrics and report on business development activities. Qualifications Must have existing connections and experience in real estate, or private lending. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry professionals. Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Drive) and CRM tools. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. What We Offer $2,000 base salary + commission (negotiable) – high earning potential based on performance.
