Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and strategic Live Selling Sales Manager to lead all aspects of live stream sales and marketing. This is a dynamic, full-stack role ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in both strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for growing our live selling presence, developing sales campaigns, managing live stream events, and driving engagement across platforms. Working closely with leadership, you’ll set sales goals and bring them to life through innovative live stream strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Sales Strategies Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage. Track and analyze sales data during and after each live stream to optimize future broadcasts through trends, customer preferences and performance metrics. Prepare and present sales reports and CRM metrics to senior leadership. Lead and Manage the Live Stream Sales Team Leverage your expertise to lead, coach and manage a team of live stream sales staff. Create individualized action plans for each streamer to drive performance and sales growth. Train and guide new streamers, providing continuous support to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed. Content Management Plan, develop and schedule content calendars with engaging live stream content to maximize audience engagement and revenue. Collaborate with marketing to ensure seamless cross-promotion between live streams, social media, and product launches. Foster a loyal and engaged community of TCG enthusiasts through interactive and exciting live stream events. Collaboration Work closely with leadership, product and operations teams to align live stream content with inventory, promotions and brand initiatives. Assist in developing scalable processes as the live stream operation grows. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales/management experience (OR) Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing (OR) equivalent experience Experience managing dynamic teams, ideally in a live streaming or retail environment In depth knowledge with sales analytic tools to track and evaluate sales performance Proficient in CRM systems, reporting, and data analysis Experience in a small business or startup environment is a big plus Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment Knowledge of Pokemon and TCG products (preferred)
