The BDAM’s role is to sign up, train and oversee a portfolio of NEW wireless retail stores (Multicarrier Wireless). He or She must ensure approved doors’ positive performance and actively seek new sales opportunities. BDAM’s responsibilities include build relationships with store owners, managers and sales’ staff; answer dealer queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with store owners and their staff. Develop trusted advisor relationships with wireless retail accounts. Drive the onboarding and training process for new store partners. Monitor and ensure the performance and success of assigned stores. Communicate progress on sales initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Identify and close new business opportunities within existing accounts

  • Partner with internal teams to capitalize on growth potential in your territory.

Handle escalations or challenges with a customer-first mindset. Travel frequently throughout the Queens, NY market and surrounding areas to visit retail partners.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends
  • Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and account tracking software
