You’ll lead your Club Managers, own club-level results, and step in with hands-on support when leadership gaps arise. This is a high-impact role requiring a strong presence in the field, full P&L accountability, and a passion for developing people and performance. What You’ll Do Weekly Responsibilities Visit clubs for operational audits, sales reviews, and staff coaching Conduct 1-on-1 check-ins with Club Managers Engage directly with frontline teams to drive culture and service Track and respond to key KPIs (sales, EFT, PT, labor, traffic, retention) Monthly Responsibilities Lead financial reviews and performance planning with CMs and the CFO Dive deep into upsell strategy and labor optimization Oversee new club openings and presale execution Monitor and advance talent development pipelines Quarterly Responsibilities Attend leadership summits and contribute to market strategy Benchmark performance against peer regions Share hiring needs, leadership gaps, and club risk factors Interim Leadership Coverage Step in as acting CM when needed due to staffing vacancies Run daily operations, lead the team, and manage member needs Ensure stability, execution, and consistency across all clubs during transitions What We’re Looking For 3+ years of multi-unit leadership in fitness, hospitality, or retail Strong track record of field-based leadership (not desk-bound oversight) Solid understanding of sales KPIs, P&L, labor control , and upsell strategies Willingness to travel the market and lead from the front Able to jump in and run a club during gaps in leadership

Compensation Base Salary:

$85,000-$110,000 (based on experience)

Bonus Potential:

Up to 20% of base salary, tied to performance metrics Quarterly bonus payout based on: EBITDA performance Membership growth
