Job Description
Drafting a comprehensive and robust business plan on staffing needs and recommend placements of tennis coaches. Crafting a marketing strategy beyond the existing strategies Understand the organization’s culture and helping with the community outreach part of the organization. Plan for creative campaigning and community outreach for the tennis program. Explore for investing high quality video technology for tennis coaching sessions to provide instantaneous feedback through playback analysis. Evaluate the existing club policies and procedures and suggesting changes in current policies for more efficient tennis program. Recommend strategies for better experience to the players, patrons and the community considering negative and positive feedback. Analyze and oversee the implementation of the tennis center safety rules and regulations for staff and patrons. As an alternative, will accept two years’ experience as a Business Development Specialist assisting in development, sales, administration and marketing of tournaments and training programs.
