Job Summary The Sales Director develops andensures attainment of new sales/revenue and margin growth forenterprise accounts which contribute to the company’s bottom line.

The Sales Director is responsible for directing a sales team andprovides leadership towards the achievement of maximumprofitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

The Sales Director, under the direction of Sales VP, establishesplans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assignedarea and contributes to the training development for the salesteam. Responsibilities Formulates account strategies to grow thebusiness and the relationships within enterprise accounts. Developsnew business opportunities with partner companies withcomplementary technology. Maximizes new Monthly Recurring Revenuefrom commercial accounts and retain existing customers. UtilizesSalesforce or other CRM as implemented. Builds a high-performanceteam. Hires and retains the right talent in the right roles, setsgoals, delegates work, holds reports accountable, develops, andempowers direct reports to make decisions and act. DemonstratesCompany’s values, maintains a positive open demeanor, encouragesdifferent points of view, moves team forward through change,provides timely information, communicates context for businessdecisions, recognizes accomplishments and fosters teamwork andcollaboration. Develops and maintains account plans and detailedfinancial forecasts. Conducts accurate sales forecasts and achievessales targets. Develops and executes sales plans such as sectorstrategies, hiring plans, management systems, and compensationplans. Oversees and participates in programs that ensure theattainment of expense objectives and, at times, will recommendprograms to control and correct budget overruns. Owns several keysales support processes which may include opportunity and forecastmanagement, the overall sales process, customer-prospect modulemanagement and sales certification. Supports and developsinitiatives across sales and the company primarily focused on salesproductivity and efficiency. Expands opportunities into untappedproduct portfolios and develops sales propositions. Works hand inhand with Sales Engineering on all deals. Qualifications CollegeDegree required. Minimum of five (5) years sales leadershipexperience in the business services and enterprise sector ofTelecommunications. Minimum of eight (8) years sales experience,including sales management. Must have successful track record ofsales achievement and sales leadership in directing a B2B salesforce. Successful experience in driving regional and nationalbusiness. Proficiency with Windows-based computer. Strongprofessional verbal and written communication skills. Ability tomulti-task, prioritize and organize effectively. Strong people andrelationship management skills. Strong mathematical and analyticalskills. Demonstrated strong presentation and sales skills. Validstate drivers license and a good driving record required. Creativeand flexible with a positive attitude. Must possess broad knowledgeof Telecommunications, along with strong understanding of voice,video, and data. Proven ability to establish and maintain seniorlevel customer relationships. This role requires the candidate tobe in the White Plains office a minimum of 4 days per week.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting tocompany operations in New York State. The pay range at the time ofposting in the specified locations is $140,000- $150,000/year. Payranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay iscompetitive and based on a number of job-related factors, includingskills and experience.
