Job Description

Position Duties:

Lead the Enterprise Gateway Solutions sales team for North America, Europe, and Latin America. Train, Mentor and Develop high performing sales talent. Achieve P&L objectives for each of your respective regions. Analyze customer data and market dynamics to identify and pursue Enterprise Gateway Solutions customer opportunities and develop customer-specific quantified value propositions. Support deal structure developing including benefit calculation, pricing options, customer incentive detail (where applicable) and negotiate contracts. Manage Enterprise Gateway Solutions regional pipelines in collaboration with regional lead to ensure accurate coverage to meet growth goals. Build and maintain account team and customer relationships (in coordination with regional terms) to ensure client satisfaction and monitor upsell opportunities. Provide Enterprise Gateway Solutions subject matter expertise and sales support through active engagement in client discussions and internal training events / forums. Collaborate with global and regional product teams to track product performance, develop service-specific case studies, and contribute to roadmap development. Supervise a team of 5 employees.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in Payments, Banking, International Business Development, Sales, or other relevant field. Qualifying experience must include one (1) years with each of the following: Payment orchestration and other channel partners; Building client relationships; Fraud & decisioning services; Direct interaction with customers in sales/commercial environment; Go To Market execution, particularly in payments/technology-based services. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. No WFH / work in office only. Travel is required 30% of the time to meet with prospective customers, attend industry events, and visit team members.
