The DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Green Tree is the city’s flagship Hilton property with 460 guest rooms and 40,000 sq. ft of event space. The hotelfeatures a 10,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom and a 4,000 sq. ft. Junior Ballroom. The DoubleTree is currently hiring for the position of Catering Sales Manager . Duties for this position include:
Selling Catering Events with a focus on Social Catering and Weddings. Prospecting for Social business and Weddings by effectively targeting marketing efforts. Completing contracts and BEO’s for client events. Preparing for and executing exceptional site visits for potential clients to win business. Ensure the Banquet and Kitchen Teams have the necessary information to best execute to the client’s wishes.

Free Parking Schedule:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- AM Lobby shift once a week

Previous Hotel experience is a plus. Previous Selling experience preferred. Delphi FDC experience preferred.
