Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier team of automotive sales professionals. Lead and coach the sales team with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and performance. Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores through exceptional service. Engage directly with customers to support sales associates in closing deals. Structure deals to maximize profitability and customer value. Manage inventory and ensure effective lot merchandising. Collaborate with the BDC (Business Development Center) to optimize lead management and follow-up processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales management. Proficiency with CRM systems and BDC operations. Strong understanding of lead generation, follow-up strategies, and customer retention. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets. Availability to work daytime, evenings, and Saturdays.
