Kares Management is seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to support the Northeast region. Markets include Boston, Philadelphia, Delaware County, Columbus, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise team of division sales executives Will be responsible for expense management of sales team and strategy within their division Lead the process of generating and following up with qualified leads, promoting and selling InterSolutions capabilities. Travel to markets in division to assist in sales visits and provide market-specific advice to sales team. Lead trade show strategy and travel to attend local trade shows and events. Networking and Committee involvement in local Apartment Association and other like entities. Interviewing and evaluating candidates for the local market place. Coordinate with Marketing in the design of campaigns that are targeted at key customer needs and persuasively communicate ISI value proposition. Develop and implement plans to meet target growth objectives for current customers and new accounts. Partner with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and grow division. Tailor and communicate menu of ISI offerings to customer in a compelling manner to meet their needs and identify opportunities. Leverage operations team s insights and relationships with customers to identify new opportunities to grow business with in current accounts. Assist with management of compliance with company s safety and loss control program. Helping candidates to complete the ISI application paperwork.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work/field experience. 2+ years of experience in managing and servicing accounts within the property management industry. Preferred or working in the property management industry in sales or leadership position. Deep understanding of property management industry operations and personnel management. Proven track record of meeting growth targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with ability to manage projects/activities. Employment contingent to successful completion of: criminal background, drug screening and behavioral/skill assessment.
Base compensation range:
$92-110, 000. This position is eligible for additional commissions. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education, skills, training, experience, location, responsibility, and actual job duties.
