Providing exceptional food and service to the Philadelphia, Main Line, Chester and Delaware Counties for over 25 years. We take pride in delivering unforgettable experiences for social, academic and corporate events. We’re seeking a motivated, sales-driven professional to join our team as a sales and event planner.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing incoming leads, cultivating new business opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from first contact through event execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for event planning and a strong background in hospitality. Off-premise catering preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to incoming leads and convert inquiries into booked events Actively seek and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and marketing strategies Plan, coordinate, and oversee details for a variety of catered events Ensure all events are executed at the highest standards of service and quality Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent communication and follow-through Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution Represent the company at industry and client events, always presenting a polished and professional image Lead by example with a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and dedication to client satisfaction

Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in event planning and catering Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work nights, weekends, as needed Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a passion for hospitality
