  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Product Owner to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives within the Finance & Accounting area.

This role will be pivotal in identifying and developing innovative solutions that empower talent, unlock employee productivity, and drive more effective business partnering. The Business Product Owner will work closely with the HR, Communications, and Change Management counterparts to deliver on functional learning & development solutions.

  • Responsibilities
  • Drive towards vision, objectives and key results laid out under ‘Functional Learning & Development’ as part of Finance Digital TransformationServe as a strategic business and thought partner to Finance leaders and counterpartsEvaluate, design and launch functional learning & development programs across finance in collaboration with HR (e.

g., rotational program, onboarding, mentorship, community of practice, etc.)Facilitate workshops or working sessions with key stakeholders to gather input and refine deliverablesOperate and sustain functional learning & development programs in alignment with HR enterprise strategy and agreed upon process and working modelWork with Business Product Owner counterparts in ‘Continuous Improvement’ and ‘Financial Solutions’ to understand the degree of change and impacted stakeholdersDefine change management and communication strategy in collaboration with Communication and Change Management teamsProduce outputs or deliverables that contribute to the objectives and key results (e.g., communication, microsite, etc.)Execute change management plan in alignment with Communication/Change enterprise strategy and agreed upon process and working modelEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of initiativesSupport program governance activities, such as status reporting and executive readouts

  • Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred7+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, functional learning & development or related experience in a Finance & Accounting settingExperience in assessing, designing, and implementing functional learning & developmentExperience in building roadmaps and logically sequencing recommendations, while accounting for parallel or dependent initiatives•Skills and Knowledge•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement; ability to synthesize complex ideas or scenarios into a simple and concise mannerAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, including cross-functional teams within and outside of finance (e.

g., Accounting, Commercial, IT, HR, etc.)Demonstrated career progression in roles with increased influence and leadershipStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAbility to work effectively and build trust with people at all levels in an organizationExperience influencing in a large, matrixed, global environmentStrong desire for self-improvement and willingness to grow one’s career; open to feedback, mentoring, and coachingWillingness to travel

  • $121,000 – 186,230
  • This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job.

The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
