Job Description
Experienced Automotive Sales Manager Confidential Bloomsburg, PA 17815 A premier auto dealership in NEPA is currently looking to expand their management team with an experienced and motivated Sales Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer first approach to automotive sales Desking deals Track customers through CRM system Inventory management of new and used inventory Buying inventory Motivating and training of sales staff Reviewing daily work plans Assist sales staff in all aspects of vehicle transactions Build relationships with customers Work together with all departments Maintain high customer satisfaction rankings Network to broaden customer base Responsible for wholesale and auction coordination
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Goal oriented, self-motivating, and ability to motivate staff to achieve goals Strong computer and phone skills Current valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record Prior automotive management experience preferred Full-time, 40+ hours weekly Nights, Weekends Health Benefits, 401
