SUMMARY:

The role of a DirectAuto Area Sales Manager is to manage the operational and directauto purchase sales processes of a specific metropolitan region.

The Direct Auto Area Sales Manager is also responsible for directimpact to improve direct auto lending by actively seeking newvendors to join Lendmark Financial Services dealer network.

MAJORDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for inquiring, signing, andsetting up new direct auto dealers Manage and maintain dealerrelationships Responsible for the training of dealer personnelResponsible for updating senior leaders on industry trendsResponsible for addressing dealer service issues Other duties asassigned Manages risk relative to position

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

HSdiploma or GED from accredited institution 3 to 5 years of outsidesales experience or related field Ability to be effective inproduct / service presentation, negotiation and final closingsAbility to prioritize and work with limited supervision,self-starter Ability to be effective in dealer servicing andretention

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is$70,000 – $80,000 annually, based on the specific Knowledge,Skills, Abilities and/or Experience of the selected candidate. Thisposition is eligible for Quarterly Incentive compensation based onindividual and company performance guidelines.
