Automotive Sales Manager 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars 3015 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008 Current Automotive Sales/Finance Manager with at least 1 year of experience with great organizational skills for Sales Manager position. Good knowledge of Ford Lincoln product lines a Plus but not a must. Pacifico Marple Ford Lincoln. We are a premier, family run Ford and Lincoln dealer on West Chester Pike in Broomall centrally located to Delaware, Chester and Montgomery counties.
Job Responsibilities:
Current Automotive New Car Dealer Sales Management Required. Train and manage sales-staff in product knowledge, negotiating, prospecting, etc Use computer generated dealer selling tools for presenting sales quotes. Negotiate and close deals as needed Monitor Salesperson follow up of internet and in-store prospects and leads Work fluidly with and cooperate with other departments. Possess and maintain strong customer satisfaction and great interpersonal skills. Possess thorough knowledge of finance and leasing incentive programs. Use CRM tool to manage sales staff’s both internet and walk-in prospects including overseeing salespersons’ following of daily work plan. Adhere to and stay educated on all municipal, state, federal, compliance and titling regulations. Review with Owners/GSM sales projections, monthly results, marketing plans and employee reviews.
Required Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License with good, clean acceptable record. Valid current state
Sales License Required Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent
