National General Manager kaiyiee Information Technology Co., Ltd. Erie, PA 16546 Position Overview As the Country General Manager for the United States, you will be responsible for building and leading all aspects of our U.S. operations. This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with strong business development skills and deep knowledge of industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities Market Entry & Business Development:

Drive NordiTube’s market entry and growth strategy in the U.S. from the ground up

Sales & Key Account Management:

Develop and execute sales strategies, grow the customer base, and secure major accounts

Team Building & Leadership:

Recruit, manage, and lead a local team across sales, technical, and operational functions

Product Launch & Market Integration:

Introduce and establish new NordiTube products and solutions in the U.S. market

P&L & Budget Oversight:

Manage country-level budget, profitability, and cost control

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a strategic link between U.S. operations and the global leadership team in

Belgium Candidate Profile Experience & Background:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors, ideally in infrastructure, pipeline technologies, construction materials, or trenchless solutions
• Proven track record in launching or scaling a business in the U.S. market (0-to-1 experience)
• Strong B2B sales and commercial management background, with key account development experience

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a hands-on management style
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic vision and operational discipline
• Experience introducing and commercializing new products in complex technical markets
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Education & Language:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
