This position reports directly to the VP of Sales. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations across the country and driving sales growth by designing and implementing strategic sales plans. Our ideal candidate has excellent leadership qualities, business acumen, and the ability to plan and implement sales strategies that align with our company goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies Develop and maintain relationships with key customers Negotiate and close agreements with key customers Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer’s needs Lead regional sales team members to achieve sales targets Provide training and guidance to sales personnel Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts Coordinate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency Stay up to date with new product launches Manage sales budget and allocate resources optimally Requirements and skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as National Sales Manager. Experience with Mass Retailers and Lawn & Garden industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar. MBA preferred.
• Effective communication, negotiation, customer service, and team management skills
• Strong analytical skills with a positive problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
