About the Role We’re seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to support business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. This role involves executing client engagement strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving KPIs. Reporting to the CCO, you’ll collaborate within the Commercial team to generate leads and drive opportunities across the Cormica Group. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of our services, market segments, and regulatory environment. Identify new service opportunities by assessing market needs and trends. Lead client acquisition and retention strategies, building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. Plan and manage sales activities to align with business objectives and exceed KPIs. Leverage market insights and data to refine sales outreach and pipeline management. Oversee the sales lifecycle, collaborating with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions. Act as a key liaison for high-profile clients, ensuring service excellence and swift issue resolution. Support marketing campaigns, branding, and event participation to enhance market presence. Represent Cormica at national and international trade events, elevating brand visibility. Monitor sales metrics and provide senior management with actionable insights. Promote the company’s brand, culture of excellence, and ethical business practices. Ensure compliance with

GLP, GMP, ISO

standards, and internal quality systems. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions. Adhere to corporate travel policies with up to 25% travel for client visits and conferences. Commit to professional growth and industry engagement.

What We’re Looking For Essential:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a commercial role in a related industry. Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Solid understanding of the sales process, client management, and market development. Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management, forecasting, and reporting. Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and produce business proposals and contracts. Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Microbiology, Chemistry). Knowledge of

GLP, GMP, ISO

standards, and compliance frameworks. Confidence representing the company at industry events. High self-motivation, adaptability, and analytical skills. Commitment to ethical, values-driven business practices.
