Nucar Automall of Allentown is actively looking for a Commercial Truck Sales Manager to lead and grow our dedicated commercial and fleet division. This is a high-impact role with outstanding income potential and career growth, ideal for someone who knows trucks, understands the needs of business customers, and can build long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage a growing portfolio of commercial truck and fleet accounts . Build strong partnerships with business owners, contractors, fleet managers, municipalities, and government agencies . Customize vehicle solutions (including work-ready trucks, upfits, and specialty builds ) to meet client needs. Utilize CRM tools (DriveCentric) to manage leads, follow up, and drive conversions. Leverage OEM programs and incentives to maximize client value. Partner with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in commercial truck or fleet sales (dealership or B2B automotive environment). Understanding of vocational industries, GVWR classifications, upfitting , and truck specs. Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Familiarity with:

CRM systems (DriveCentric preferred) Inventory management (VAuto) DMS (Reynolds & Reynolds) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
