We prefer to have the TSM work out of the McAdoo facility but we will consider candidates who live/work as far away as Allentown, PA. Company Overview American Cargo Group consist of Wells Cargo, Haulmark and American Hauler trailers and are sold and serviced through a nationwide network of experienced, knowledgeable dealers. Our Wells Cargo brand pioneered the cargo trailer industry when its first steel-structured trailer rolled off the production line in 1954. Since then, we have set the industry standard by offering innovative design, rugged durability and expert customizations.

The Territory Sales Manager will:

Will be responsible for all business aspect of the dealer base including sell in, sell through, warranty, parts, reporting and achieving targets for the assigned territory Implement and drive sales initiatives in the enclosed and open cargo trailer Develop and foster dealer programs that improve market share and provide sustainable sales growth Be directly involved in setting budget and sales strategies for the assigned product line(s) in their specified region of the country Achieve sales and profitability goals and other performance goals as assigned Actively work and direct activity of the DSS assigned to his/her territory Assist in the creation and compilation of required sales The desired candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Ability to successfully obtain a Pennsylvania Sales Representative License 2+ years of successful sales growth within the trailer industry or durable goods segment Demonstrated history of sales and profit growth Excellent communication skills Dealer support expertise Experience selling through a dealer channel or distributor network Thorough understanding of “value proposition” selling Understanding of inventory planning Experience with warranty service programs Ability to work remotely Proficient in excel, word, and power point Ability to travel is a must Wells Cargo, UltraLav, Haulmark & American Hauler trailers are sold and serviced through a nationwide network of experienced, knowledgeable dealers.
