Plains PAClopay National Accounts (Storefronts Division) is seeking a provenStrategic Sales Manager with a strong background in outside B2Bsales, specifically within the commercial door industry. This roleis responsible for driving growth through national accountdevelopment, with a focus on both new construction and retrofitprojects across commercial, retail, and industrial markets. We arelooking for a sales professional who excels at developingcontractor and end-user relationships and has the ability to managecomplex, multi-phase projects from lead to close. Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Drive revenue growth through newnational account acquisition in the commercial door market Maintainand expand relationships with existing clients across multipleverticals, including construction, retail, and industrial sectorsWork collaboratively with internal Sales Operations and ProjectManagement teams throughout the full project lifecycle PresentClopay’s value proposition to contractors, architects, facilitymanagers, and procurement teams Create and deliver tailoredproposals, presentations, and product solutions Identifycross-selling opportunities and support the growth of existingaccounts Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to stayahead in the market Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipeline,activity, and account progress Travel up to 25% for clientmeetings, project site visits, and periodic travel to our Plains,PA headquarters
Job Requirements:
6-8 years of outside salesexperience in the commercial door, access systems, or relatedbuilding materials industry Proven track record in national accountmanagement and project-based sales Experience selling throughcontractor networks and directly to commercial end-usersFamiliarity with construction documents, architectural plans, andproject timelines.
Preferred Background:
