Our client, located in Eastern PA is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations for commercial equipment in the manufacturing and distribution sector combining tactical order support with account management. Handle daily customer chats, process orders, manage key accounts and prospect new business when available. Offering a competitive compensation including a base salary plus commission structure, comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer chats and complete orders (5-10 daily) Manage assigned key accounts and build relationships Conduct outbound prospecting during slower periods Coordinate with plant operations on fulfillment Prepare sales reports and attend monthly plant meetings
Experience and Skills:
Requirements 3-5 years sales experience, with 2 years in management or leadership roles Proven track record in B2B sales Comfortable with both order processing and account management Manufacturing/industrial sales background preferred Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems and sales analytics Excellent communication and multitasking skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented
