The Director of Enterprise Account Management at Docebo isresponsible for driving the growth of existing customer accounts byleading a team of 5-8 enterprise account managers. This rolefocuses on increasing revenue through upselling, cross-selling, andrenewals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction andretention. The Director will oversee hiring, coaching, andretaining top sales talent

Responsibilities:

Develop and implementaccount strategies to drive revenue growth through upselling andcross-selling within the existing customer base. Lead and mentor ateam of 5-8 enterprise account managers, ensuring the team meetsrevenue and retention targets. Hire, onboard, coach, develop,motivate, and retain top-performing sales professionals.

Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and NewBusiness to ensure alignment on account strategies andopportunities for expansion. Oversee the creation and execution ofaccount plans that focus on increasing customer engagement,satisfaction, and value realization. Monitor and analyze accountperformance, providing regular updates and insights to seniorleadership. Present actionable data to C-level executives in aclear and succinct manner. Ensure a high level of forecast accuracyby driving a culture of consistent reporting and results tracking.

Manage multiple responsibilities including sales management,strategy development, and lead generation. Drive cross-functionalcollaboration to align internal resources for account success,ensuring the delivery of value-added services to customers. Act asan escalation point for critical customer issues, working toresolve concerns in a timely and effective manner. Ensure effectivecommunication and knowledge sharing within the team and acrossglobal offices. Monitor sales metrics and performance to ensureteam success.

Requirements:

10 years of technology enterprise salesexperience, preferably in a SaaS or software company. Strongexperience leading enterprise sales teams Experience in B2Bsoftware sales. Proven experience in Human Resources and LearningTechnologies. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experienceProven track record of growing a customer base and consistentlyexceeding revenue targets. Excellent oral and written Englishcommunication skills. Strong use of insights and data-drivendecision making to inform the sales process. Ability andwillingness to travel both nationally and internationally up to60%.
