Everbridge is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a regionalsales team of Account Executives focused on Enterprise accounts andour Strategic Alliance partner managers responsible for theacquisition and growth of our Service Provider business where oursolutions are integrated with their Go-to-Market products/services.

This role will focus on managing opportunities for RedSky’sportfolio of E911 solutions for hosted and cloud platforms. Theteam’s primary focus is on hunting new customers, but the team isalso responsible for expanding the footprint of existing customersby selling new applications into the base. What youll do

  • Own andexceed annual sales targets for direct and service providerbusiness.
  • Lead sales engagement across key verticals includingeducation, healthcare, finance and large enterprises
  • Establishstrong partnerships with OEM’s, UCaaS providers, MSP’s andresellers
  • Hire, train, and motivate your sales team, includingproviding regular 1:1 coaching and mentoring for personaldevelopment and professional advancement. A positive attitude is amust, and a supportive yet firm approach is essential.
  • Establishand monitor KPIs that align to your team’s business plan aroundpipeline generation and delivering predictable revenue.
  • Monitorpipeline generation and growth and create a predictable forecastingdiscipline that accurately reports on monthly and quarterlyresults.
  • Manage to a repeatable sales process that is focused ondiscovery, qualification solution mapping
  • Partner with ourChannel Team on uncovering partner driven sales and work withterritory account executives on building partner driven pipeline
  • Develop and refine tools for monitoring and providing regularreporting on success and performance improvement.
  • Coordinate withother departments on technical, business and deployment issues
  • Leverage Salesforce.

What youll bring:
  • 7 years of B2B salesexperience, ideally in SaaS, public safety or telecom industries
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience leading “hunting” focused teams driving new logoacquisition and closing growth business within customer whitespace.
  • Proven success in managing Mid-Market to enterprise sales cyclesand exceeding quota
  • Experience working with or selling throughOEM and channel partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with UCaas/VoiPplatforms and their integration with E911 services.
  • Provenleadership qualities, including selecting and developing staff,communicating a vision and inspiring teams.
  • Good judgment andbusiness acumen with a keen ability to assess people, processes andproducts.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and problemresolution skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness totravel up to 30%.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role atEverbridge ranges from $118,000 – $140,000 and may also includevariable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors suchas the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
