Our expertise extends beyond packaging; we specialize in sourcing,importing, and managing complex logistics to ensure a reliable andcost-effective packaging supply chain for our clients. As weexpand, we’re launching a new division focused on traditionalpackaging markets, and we’re seeking a strategic sales leader todrive growth across both cannabis and non
- cannabis sectors.
We arehiring a results-driven and team-oriented Vice President of Salesto lead revenue strategy and execution across the core and emergingbusiness lines. This individual will manage and develop ahigh-performing sales team while spearheading initiatives thataccelerate top-line growth in both cannabis and traditionalpackaging markets. This is a remote position with 35% travelrequired, including monthly travel to our corporate headquarters.
Business Development
- Provide leadership and oversight of BusinessDevelopment Representatives (BDRs), ensuring alignment with overallsales strategy.
- Identify and develop new revenue channels acrossexisting and emerging markets.
- Forge strategic partnerships andalliances that support company growth objectives.
- Work closelywith the marketing team to support lead generation and brandpositioning efforts. Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit,develop, and manage a high-performing sales team aligned withcompany goals.
- Implement structured performance management,coaching, and development programs.
- Foster a culture ofaccountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. RevenueStrategy & Execution
- Own and drive the sales strategy for bothcannabis packaging and the new traditional packaging division.
- Establish, track, and report on revenue goals, KPIs, and forecastsacross all business lines.
- Collaborate with marketing,operations, and executive leadership to align initiatives. MarketExpansion & Customer Focus
- Identify and pursue new businessopportunities in both regulated cannabis and traditional packagingsectors.
- Maintain deep understanding of evolving customer needsand industry dynamics.
