Position Overview We’re looking for a highly motivated individual ready to take ownership of their career. As a Sales Manager at PCG, you’ll help build long-term client relationships, advise businesses on their energy options, and close deals that make a measurable impact. You’ll have the opportunity to step into strategic roles — including partnership opportunities with profit-sharing.

Key Responsibilities Prospect & Acquire Business Clients:

Identify and connect with decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses across assigned markets.

Consultative Sales:

Assess client energy needs, present tailored solutions, and articulate the ROI and value of PCG’s services.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain consistent outreach (cold calls, email, in-person visits), follow up with leads, and move prospects through the funnel.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain trust with clients through consistent follow-up and performance-based outcomes.

Market Expansion:

Help identify and develop new verticals or geographic territories.

Leadership & Growth:

Participate in mentorship, leadership training, and strategic planning initiatives as part of the partner track. What We’re Looking For No experience needed . we offer training! (Paid!)
