- Develop market coverage map for the United States, territoryassignment plan to ensure revenue goals.
- Identify target partnersand market opportunities for FB product segments and develop anaction plan to increase partner coverage.
- Responsible forrecruiting and on-boarding of new partners to ensure that territorycoverage and sales goals are achieved.
- Lead Channel Sales team tobuild and maintain relationships with key contacts within eachpartner – executives, sales, marketing, procurement, technicalsupport (pre and post sales), and finance so that managerelationships to maximize FB’s business through partners.
- Plan,organize and monitor the performance of channel sales team andensure they are properly trained in their respective roles and aremeeting established goals
- Collaborate with internal support teamto assist in management of targeted partners and all partners inthe market.
- Monitor sales pipeline and communicating with ChannelSales Manager and Business Development team on a daily basis tounderstand the business progress and market situation to executenecessary action in a timely manner.
- Manage Channel SalesManagers to schedule and run trainings for partners in the UnitedStates with internal support team and ensure partners are trainedand technically certified to standards of FB’s partner program.
- Work closely with Business Planning team to execute quarterlymarketing tactical and demand generation activities to insureresults with targeted partners, FB Own Brand Business Head andMarketing.
- Communicate regularly with partners on productlaunches, pricing changes, and distribution processes. Updatemanagement on performance, roadblocks and needs.

- Financial targets (Revenue, GP and sold units) areachieved in line with FNAC and FB (Japan HQ) strategies.
- Marketcoverage plan and with recruitment of partners.
- Key sales KPIsper channel sales are achieved quarterly
- FB Brands market shareis increased, and brand awareness/recognition and reputation areimproved.
- The right products and solutions are offered to Channelpartners in line with customer business needs and competitivethreats Required Skills/Education
- BA or BS or equivalent salesexperience
- Minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience
- Priormanagement experience in Printing device/Office Products andrelated Software industry channel business.
- Previous experiencemanaging and leading a team
- Proven ability to manage salespipeline and accurately forecast product sales.
- Excellentknowledge of market conditions, particularly with Office CopierDealer business.
- Experience with solution selling and businessdevelopment.
- Strong financial skills including experienceunderstanding P&L and balance sheets and managing teams.
- Strong ability to influence people and align remote teams toachieve agreed goals and objectives.
- Able to resolve channelconflict issues in sync with the Management’s Decision/Direction.
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent cross-functionalteamwork skills (product management, support, sales, service, andmanagement)
- Possess necessary skills/attributes to includeexcellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledgeof long-range and operational planning techniques.
- As this is acustomer-facing role, it requires compliance with customer policiesand protocols.
- Ability to travel ~50-60%
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word,and Excel) Desired Skills
- Advanced degree in business management,operations or marketing
