Lead & Inspire:
Manage and mentor fourRegional Sales Managers and broker partners, guiding them to drivesales and profitability for our Value Added Pork products.
Strategic Vision:
Develop and execute strategic plans for keyaccounts including Wakefern, Acme, Weis, and more. Enhance customerrelationships and drive growth across the territory.
SalesExecution:
Oversee sales opportunities, coach teams on prospectingand securing large Private Brand/Own Brand deals, and manage thedevelopment of impactful sales proposals and presentations.
Performance Management:
Regularly review performance metrics,ensure CRM communication, and collaborate on annual budgeting andtrade plans to optimize spend efficiency.
Relationship Building:
Maintain and grow existing business relationships, meet with keydecision-makers, and stay ahead of market trends to identifyopportunities and threats.
Experience:
8 years in retail sales atthe headquarter level, with a proven record of leading successfulsales teams.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the RetailMeat industry, including Fresh, Packaged Meat, Deli, Frozen, andPrepared Foods.
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation, analytical, andcommunication skills. Proficiency in using data from IRI, Nielsen,and Perishable Group.
Education:
