Role:

Asa Regional Director, Enterprise East at Motive, you will be a keyleader in our fastest growing segment at Motive. Our RD’s manage ateam of Enterprise Account Executives and guide them in bothengaging and closing Motive’s largest prospects. You’ll leadinitiatives across hiring, coaching, and enablement to supportMotive’s growth & success. Your team will sell into the mostimpactful companies in North America that power the physicaleconomy. We are seizing the opportunity created by our strongproduct positioning in the market by heavily investing across allGo-To-Market (GTM) teams within our Enterprise segment. You willlead the charge, selling the value of our products and the businessoutcomes that can be achieved for our customers in partnership withMotive. Our Enterprise Sales team sells consistently into Fortune1000 companies across multiple industries, including trucking, oil& gas, construction, agriculture, manufacturing, consumer transit,or any other business that requires a fleet of vehicles. Because ofthe collaborative nature of our Go-to-Market team, a win-as-a-teammentality is a must. In this high-energy role, you should becomfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high standardsof quality.

What Youll Do:

Lead a world-class team of EnterpriseAccount Executives that you’ll partner with on prospectingstrategy, account planning, pipeline reviews, achieving revenuetargets Develop and execute on strategic account and territoryplans for your team to meet or exceed ACV targets over monthly,quarterly, and annual periods Track progress and success of yourAccount Executives against various primary KPIs, coaching andenabling their success across short and long-term goals Cultivate aculture of high-performance and accountability throughbest-in-class hiring Partner with our Sales Enablement team ad-hocand on more formal Account Executive training and coaching programsto ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organizationExcellence in listening, sales process and passionate about the artof selling Collaborate with your Account Executives and directlyengage high-priority client prospects to help sell the value ofMotive Ensure use of CRM and other operational tools, processes,and best practices in pipeline planning, forecasting, and salesexecution

What Were Looking For:

3 years experience directlymanaging SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level History ofexceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clients Ability tolead and motivate others to action, including best-in-classcustomer skills communication, empathy, and integrity Apeople-based mindset, with a passion for coaching and developingsales talent at all levels and a history of developing great salescultures Examples of bringing a great sense of rigor, executionsand accountability to your team’s day-to-day processes Ability tocollaborate with internal cross-functional partners across SalesDevelopment, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, CustomerSuccess, Legal and Sales Ops Experience with Salesforce or otherCRM and sales technologies and best practices enabling your team toforecast, manage their pipeline and accelerate wins Lead withcuriosity and example by attending sales calls to help team manageand close deals Ideal candidate would live in the Eastern U.S.Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motives corevalues.
