Your focus will be on attracting top talent, nurturing growth, andempowering your team to excel in both new logo acquisition andaccount expansion—consistently exceeding ambitious quarterly andannual goals. This is more than a leadership role; it’s a uniqueopportunity to drive meaningful impact and fuel Cribl’s continuedsuccess. Please note, this is a remote role based out of theMid-Atlantic or Great Lakes. As An Active Member Of Our Team, YouWill Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Repsacross a specific geography Building a sales team and the futuresales leaders of Cribl Develop a business plan to overachieve salesgoals Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leadsthrough closing You will be part of a proven leadership team andplay a key role in developing the GTM. Reporting to the VP of SalesWe are a remote-first company and work happens across manytime-zones

- We Want ItMinimum 5 years of leading Strategic sales teams A successful trackrecord of overachievement annually Experience leading sales teamwho sell through security channel partners Experience navigatingcomplex sales cycles Experience with SAAS sales
- cloud, logs,metrics, IT operations and security Background of successfullyselling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000) Backgroundusing MEDDIC Experience developing pipeline and opening newaccounts Bonus points/Preferred Skills Background in Cloud,Security, or Machine Learning Salary Range ($200,000) The salaryfor this role is dependent on geographic location.
The salaryoffered within the range described will be based on the individualcandidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The totalcompensation offered for this position will include acommission/incentive plan.
