Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, U.K. Role Summary Weare seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Director ofGlobal System Integrators and MSSP Channel Sales to lead ourpartnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), large Telcos,and Global MSSPs. This individual will be responsible fordeveloping, scaling, and managing deep, strategic relationshipswith key partners to accelerate Sophos’ market penetration andgrowth across global enterprise accounts. This role requires a rareblend of channel sales leadership, technical understanding, andbusiness development expertise at the enterprise and serviceprovider level. You’ll work cross-functionally with product,marketing, sales, operations, and engineering teams to define jointgo-to-market (GTM) strategies, launch integrated solutions, anddrive measurable results. What You Will Do
- Lead global strategyand execution for GSIs, Telcos, and Strategic MSSPs with revenue,enablement, and influence KPIs.
- Build and maintain executiverelationships across partner organizations; act as a trustedadvisor to unlock joint opportunities.
- Define and execute GTMplans to jointly develop, position, and drive adoption of Sophossolutions within partner offerings.
- Collaborate with internalproduct and engineering teams to align roadmap and co-innovationopportunities with partners.
- Structure and negotiate strategicpartner agreements including joint development, co-selling, andservices integration.
- Drive channel readiness includingenablement, certifications, field alignment, and pipelineacceleration.
- Monitor business performance and provide regularexecutive reporting on partner contribution, program impact, andgrowth plans.
- Represent Sophos at key industry events, summits,and executive forums. What You Will Bring
- 10 years in channelsales, strategic alliances, or business development in thecybersecurity or enterprise software industry.
- Proven successmanaging global partnerships with top GSIs (e.g., Accenture,Deloitte, PwC, Wipro, TCS) or telcos (e.g., AT&T, Verizon,Vodafone, Telefonica).
- Strong understanding of cybersecuritytechnologies including MDR, EDR/XDR, and cloud-native securityplatforms.
- Experience building and scaling multi-tiered serviceprograms and joint GTM strategies across multiple geographies.
- Ability to align technical capabilities and services to businessneeds; comfort engaging in technical solutioning conversations.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, communication, andexecutive presence.
- Experience navigating and aligning internalcross-functional teams toward partner success.
- Bachelor’s degreerequired; MBA or technical degree is a plus.
