As a Senior Manager of BusinessDevelopment, you’ll get to: Source, negotiate and closepartnerships with executives at some of the largest enterprises inthe world to launch innovative new products across the fintech,payments and financial institution landscape. Work hand-in-handwith Paxos leadership and relevant stakeholders to execute ourstrategy and leverage our resources strategically Work closely withProduct, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing,Legal & Finance to build new product solutions and take them tomarket Build a go-to-market plan for banks, brokerage and financialinstitutions alongside cross functional partners to set thedirection, goals, timelines and milestones for the product buildImmerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency forenterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!
About you Your experience should include: Working crossfunctionally in fintech / financial services / digital assets tolaunch new products from 0 to 1 Significant experience withinFinancial Services and/or Payments Strong experience selling B2Benterprise technology into domestic and global enterprisesExperience building in regulated environments Experience buildingin a fast moving and dynamic industry You might also have: A deepknowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, with a particular focuson stablecoins A passion for working in highly dynamic andambiguous environments where you’ve proven you can be successfuldespite challenges from internal and external factors An incrediblystrong desire to learn, work hard and be a part of a winning teamExcitement for building things which have never been done or builtbefore and have global impact to provide broader access tofinancial services for people’s lives. This role will have a 60/40split between base and incentive. The OTE range will be $195,000 -$230,000. Pay and benefits Paxos offers a competitive totalcompensation and benefits package, including equity and bonusesbased on both your individual performance and company performance.
Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and actualsalary within the range depends on your skills, experience, andqualifications. Expected range for the base salary component forcandidates located within the United States is: $117,300—$138,000USD
