Buffet style event catering with focus on simple, fresh menus. We provide breakfast, lunch & dinner for event staff so these meals are “working” meals that need to accommodate various diets, need to be quick and versatile. Duties Execute provided menus on time with clean simple presentation Ability to think on your feet, multi task and be ready for “curveballs” Ensure all food safety standards are met during preparation and service. Assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the event space. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless service during events. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Experience Previous experience in catering kitchens Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food safety practices. Must like people and be able to interact with guests Buffet Event Catering Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. This is a unique position for an experienced chef looking to do something a bit different.
