$150,000+ Chapman Nissan , Philadelphia’s ONLY Nissan dealer , is actively seeking a proven, high-energy General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead our new and used car sales operations — with a strong emphasis on used vehicle performance and profitability . What We’re Looking For:

A hands-on leader with 5+ years of automotive sales management experience Extensive knowledge of used car operations , including sourcing, inventory turn, pricing, and reconditioning Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead high-performing sales teams Expertise in digital retailing, CRM tools, and modern desking solutions A track record of achieving and exceeding sales and gross profit goals Strong communication, leadership presence, and customer-first mentality

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the new and used vehicle sales departments Maximize used car profitability and maintain strong inventory control Build and maintain a strong, motivated sales team through daily coaching and accountability Collaborate with F&I, service, and support departments to drive store-wide success Maintain compliance with dealership policies and customer satisfaction standards Why Chapman Nissan?
