Sales Manager Position Available In Somerset, Pennsylvania

Sales Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 5079 Lincoln Hwy, Stoystown, PA 15563 Stoystown Auto Wreckers, one of Pennslyvania’s largest independent auto recycling facilities, is currently seeking a full time Sales Manager for its Stoystown, PA facility. This position is responsible for managing the inside sales team in a fast paced call center environment.

Responsibilities include:

Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales representatives’ performance. Responsible for recruiting and hiring wholesale and retail sales representatives. Facilitate the development of meaningful relationship with customers. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process. Implement group and individual sales training.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager. Bachelors degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field. Three to five years related experience. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
