K Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a book of business through B2B engagement
• Generate leads and close new business
• Read blueprints and create accurate estimates
• Deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Expand product distribution within your region

Qualifications:

• Sales experience in construction/building materials
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and create estimates
• Moderate computer proficiency

Job Requirements Requirements & Preferred Experience:

• Must have a valid driver”s license and the ability to travel within an assigned territory
• 3+ years of proven success in outside B2B sales and client relationship management
• Skilled in contract negotiation, budgeting, and territory planning
• Strong background in business development, with the ability to build and execute sales strategies
• Comfortable presenting to clients and creating tailored proposals based on blueprint and project specs
• Ability to interpret sales reports and use data to drive decisions
• Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Experience in the construction, building products, or modular/offsite industry is a plus
• Familiarity with Chief Architect or similar design software is an added advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or technical education a bonus
