We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver winning solutions for wire harness and electrical assemblies. If you’re a results-driven sales professional with experience in contract manufacturing, this is a high-impact role with room to grow.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets Hunt and build strong relationships with customers Provide guidance on quoting, proposal development, and pricing strategy in collaboration with engineering and operations Maintain a robust pipeline and manage the full sales cycle Analyze market trends and provide input on product and service offerings Represent the company at trade shows and customer visits Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoff from sales to production

What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in manufacturing, preferably in wire harnesses, electronics, or custom assemblies Proven success developing new customer relationships and winning business Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and margin strategy Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a high-accountability environment Willingness to travel (up to 75%)
