Were looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market who willbe responsible for scaling our sales results in a huge market.
You’ll be responsible for leading one of our Mid-Market Sales Teamson its way to capture a total addressable market of tens ofthousands of businesses. Who you areReporting to the Director of Mid-Market Sales, you will be anintegral part of the sales leadership team. You will providecontinuous mentorship for our Mid-Market Account Executives,deliver stellar results backed by accurate forecasting, define andtrack our KPIs, and spearhead a coaching culture that breedscontinuous improvement. You will work closely with other leaders insales, marketing, business operations, and sales enablement todrive the strategy for this team. Your impact Manage and own theday-to-day comprehensive activity and output of your team
- prospecting, funnel management, forecasting, and negotiating Lead aTeam of Individual Contributors to accelerate performance bydriving key activities each week Align sub-department execution andfocus with division-wide goals and objectives Continually reviewand recommend changes to process and/or strategy to positivelyimpact sub-department performance Motivate and empower the team totake ownership of their territory and exceed objectives throughcoaching and mentorship Lead sub-department meetings and activelyparticipate in divisional meetings, Sales Kick-offs, etc.
Collaborate with divisional peers with the intent to collaborate onachieving top objectives Lead people management efforts for thesub-department
- hiring, off-boarding, performance management,compensation, etc.
Cultivate and manage a compelling career paththat evolves over time with promotional opportunities as well asbackfill opportunities to keep the team “right-sized” Yourexperience 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role withina B2B SaaS company Proven success managing a team quota of $2MProven consistent track record of exceeding assigned team revenueobjectives Proven track record and strategy of scaling outboundsourced ARR Proven track record of coaching and developing teammembers Intermediate business acumen with a comprehensiveunderstanding of forecasting and budget management Data-drivendecision-making skills In-depth sales process expertise and productknowledge Ability to identify and attract top talent Experience intransparent performance management Negotiation skills
