Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming the energy sector? Join Hitachi Energy as a Business Development Manager for our Generator Circuit Breaker Services in the US Territory. You’ll work with top-tier utilities and power generation companies, developing tailored service proposals and strategies that extend equipment life and minimize unplanned outages. How You’ll Make an Impact Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve business objectives. Lead commercial strategy for service agreements, long-term maintenance plans, and outage support contracts. Map customer installed base and recommend service strategies to extend equipment life. Represent the GCB service business at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and a robust pipeline of qualified service opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with Hitachi Energy front-end sales and customers. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape. Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting on sales performance and business development activities.
Your ground Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong understanding of the Power System Energy service industry and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States. Ability to travel domestically is an essential part of this position.
