Delivery Manager

Requirements:

7+ years of experience managing Agile/Scrum and traditional tech delivery projects
Proficiency in enterprise data warehousing and analytics environments
Experience with full project lifecycles from concept through production
Experience with project management tools like ADO, Jira, MS Project, and SharePoint
Experience in leading Agile transformations and training Agile/Scrum teams
Experience with vendor coordination and managing large cross-functional teams
Strong communication and leadership abilities for client-facing and internal engagement

Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of enterprise-scale data and analytics projects through full lifecycle
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and standups
Coach teams in Agile/SAFe practices and adapt based on organizational needs
Oversee requirements gathering, work planning, testing, and implementation
Align delivery goals with stakeholder expectations, managing risk and budget
Track delivery metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Coordinate across engineering, finance, and vendor teams to ensure project health
