Position Summary:

As a Regional Manager , you will oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and guest experience for a designated group of quick-service restaurants. You’ll be a key liaison between Senior Leadership and field operations-empowering our Area Managers, driving operational consistency, and ensuring every location reflects EYAS’ commitment to integrity, quality, and guest-first service.

Key Responsibilities:
LeadershipTeam Development:

Mentor, coach, and develop Area Managers and their teams. Model effective leadership and drive engagement across all locations.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure restaurants meet or exceed company standards for service, quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Performance Management:

Set, monitor, and support achievement of KPIs including sales growth, profitability, labor controls, and guest satisfaction.

People-Centric Culture:

Foster a culture of respect, communication, and inclusion where every team member is empowered to thrive.

ExecutionCompliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and state/federal regulations.

Strategic Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams to support new initiatives, training programs, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

A strong leadership presence with a passion for coaching and team-building Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills A guest-focused mindset with a drive for results and operational excellence Strong track record of delivering sales growth and operational improvements Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment Commitment to upholding company values and delivering on goals 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service or casual dining Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) Bilingual skills a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel between locations At EYAS Hospitality , your leadership matters.
