District Sales Manager Aflac Hilton Head Island, SC Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the designated area surround Hilton Head Island. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the insurance or financial industries, sales training , and B2B interactions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can recruit and train a diverse team, deliver impactful product demos, and excel in outside sales Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve district sales targets. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, cold calling and networking. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Foster strong relationships with existing clients while pursuing upselling opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions for upper management. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, preferably within insurance sales or related fields. Experience training and developing new producers. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and retail dynamics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive results through motivation and leadership. Experience in conducting product demos with a focus on customer engagement. Proficiency in outside sales techniques along with a track record of successful upselling initiatives. Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies for optimal performance.
