Job Description

Regional Office Sales Manager – Charleston, SC
Our ATS Logistics division is growing and we are looking for our next Sales leader to take on the challenge of opening a new office near Charleston, SC.
“Why are you adding a new office?”
Our ATS Logistics division has been growing at a rapid pace over the past decade. To help paint a picture of what that looks like, in 2019 we added 20,000 sq. feet to our corporate headquarters in St. Cloud, MN and most recently opened several regional offices in locations such as Denver (2019), Lenexa (2020), Duluth (2020), Jeffersonville (2022) and Ankeny (2023). We have a total of seven regional offices today, with the goal to continue growing in locations across the nation year over year.
“What does starting a new office look like?”
After a Regional Sales Manager has been carefully selected, we welcome them to our ATS leadership team and get started immediately with onboarding and office selection. Typically, this involves a trip to our corporate headquarters and a visit or two with our Logistics Leadership Team.
Once you’re up and running, the Regional Sales Manager will have office profitability expectations and will be asked to perform a wide variety of daily tasks. Responsibilities may include management, interviewing, recruiting, booking freight, quoting, sales, marketing, and promotion.
“What does it take to be successful as a sales team leader in a brand-new regional office?”
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in logistics sales.
Proven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit/passion.
Natural ability to build and maintain company culture in a regional location.
Strong work-ethic and sense of integrity; trustworthy.
Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.

Employee Relations
Recruiting, Interviewing + Onboarding (you’ll have a dedicated recruiter to help your source and select top talent)

Initial and ongoing training program for your new sales representatives
IS + Helpdesk
Compliance/Contract Review
Safety

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
