Job Description
Regional Vice President of Sales Monri Hospitality Group LLC Charleston, SC 29417 We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Director of Sales to oversee sales operations across a diverse portfolio of boutique hotels and event venues. This is a key leadership role focused on maximizing revenue, mentoring high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Hospitality and lodging experience is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with executive leadership, revenue management, and marketing teams to design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive total top-line revenue. Lead, support, and inspire on-property sales teams across multiple hotel locations to achieve and exceed performance goals. Establish and maintain effective, property-level sales processes to ensure consistency and success across all markets. Step in as a task force leader at the unit level when needed, providing strategic and operational continuity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key and emerging accounts, supporting long-term business development. Build and retain high-performing, guest-focused sales teams through mentoring, coaching, and professional development. Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and excellence while maintaining a strong commitment to hospitality values.
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Director or Regional Vice President of Sales in full-service, independent, or luxury hotel settings is required. A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales management experience in the hospitality industry, with multi-property oversight. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field. Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/sales management tools. A proactive, professional demeanor and a commitment to leading by example. Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
