Full-time Job Summary:
The District Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives within a specific region, to achieve sales goals, drive profit growth, and ensure the overall success of SCPs standards and portfolio.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of sales-driven decision-making within the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Train, motivate and evaluate all direct reports and ensure goals are aligned with both SCP’s policies and vision. Training to include customer interaction, opportunities for increasing volume and profitability, negotiating and selling skills, Retail selling basics, and product pitches. Serve as a mentor to include constructive and timely performance evaluations, appraising performance, and resolving issues. Responsible for growth and strengthening retailer relations and customer satisfaction. Manage overall customer relationship experience i.e. informing customers of any products and future pricing variations, resolve customer complaints and listening to suggestions. Conduct Sales team meetings to ensure execution of targets and programs. Follow SCP’s and Suppliers priority plans and account level sales objectives. Achieve all assigned sales goals i.e. quotas, volume, distribution, promotions, weekly and monthly objectives. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Minimum 5 years Leadership experience in Beverage Distribution or related sales experience preferred. Demonstrated record of excellent customer service, sales building, and quality standards operations. Possesses a valid driver’s license in the state of residence and maintains a good driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Administrative and sitting 40% Walking, standing, bending, lifting, and twisting 60%
