Hotel Sales Manager Confidential North Charleston, SC 29420 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, account management, and customer service. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and fostering relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a blend of technical sales knowledge and the ability to negotiate effectively while managing outside sales efforts. Those who are currently sales coordinators or a high performing guest service representative and ready to take the next steps are highly encouraged to apply. Duties You will be responsible for inside sales inquires as well as uncovering outside opportunities by making business to business calls. This is not a remote position. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Foster strong relationships with existing clients while pursuing new accounts through outside sales efforts. Utilize reports for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with revenue teams to align strategies that enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Skills Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer behavior effectively.
