NurseSpring, a leading nurse staffing and home care company, is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in South Carolina. The Regional Sales Manager’s primary responsible to produce $5M in revenue at a minimum 45% margin within 1 year within the State of South Carolina. The Regional Sales Manager will work with our current location in Charleston to create a plan to diversify our existing customer base and grow our market share in the healthcare staffing and private duty home care spaces.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years sales experience, including one year of health care sales results of at least $5M in sales and 45% margin High achiever that likes to be held accountable Excellent people skills, with boundless energy, drive and tenacity to make phone calls, send emails, make video calls, and meet in person to close highly profitable contracts Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; organization skills; and computer skills, including tracking all activities on CRM and more important use it to make things happen. Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. 2.
Team Leadership:
Ability to lead other team members to make discovery calls to develop a funnel, fostering a culture of motivation and accountability. 3.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong corporate or high-level relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, ALFs, CCRCs, correction facilities, schools or any other health care facility, with emphasis on multi-site locations, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Attend industry specific trade shows to be in proximity of our ideal customers in our targeted market segments. 4.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 5.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Metrics would include the following:

Sales Revenue:
Total sales generated within the region, compared to targets and previous periods.

Lead Conversion Rate:
The percentage of leads that convert into paying customers, reflecting the effectiveness of the sales team. Leads Customer meetings New contracts presented New contracts signed New contracts billed

Track the gross margin to ensure it remains at or above 45%

Job Skills:
