Position Overview:
The Territory Sales Manager plays a key role in driving salesperformance and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involvesproactive outreach, relationship building, and managing projectsfrom lead generation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with existing and potential customers (including residentialcontractors, builders, and homeowners) to identify prospects andpresent product offerings. Deliver professional, on-site presentations of company products andservices. Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, andcold-calling efforts. Oversee job sites to ensure construction complies with companyspecifications and applicable codes. Keep customers and prospects informed of product updates, changes,and enhancements. Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows asneeded. Maintain accurate customer account records, including contactinformation and interaction history. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports. Track and manage expenses in accordance with company policies.
