Territory Sales Manager – Building Materials We are seeking adynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team! Thishybrid role is focused on driving sales growth and expanding marketpresence along the lower East coast territory. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for managing key customer relationships andbuilding new business with builders, architects, project managers,and other industry professionals.

Territory Sales Manager:

Driverevenue growth within the assigned territory by developing andexecuting a strategic sales plan. Identify and cultivate newbusiness opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, andother commercial and residential stakeholders. Maintain and growexisting customer relationships through regular contact, fieldvisits, and exceptional customer service. Collaborate closely withinternal departments including production, customer service, andleadership to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospectiveclients and stakeholders. Track sales activity, pipeline, andcustomer engagement using CRM tools such as HubSpot. Attendregional trade shows, builder events, and industry networkingfunctions as needed. Monitor market trends and provide feedback toleadership on opportunities for product innovation or improvementRequirements of the

Territory Sales Manager:

Minimum 5 years ofsales experience, preferably in building materials or relatedindustries Demonstrated success in business development andmanaging a territory with measurable results. Experience selling tothe architectural and builder communities is highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with theability to work cross-functionally. Excellent communication,presentation, and negotiation skills.
